TheCompanyandHongKongXieliMaintenanceCo.,Ltd.(hereinafterreferredtoas"HongKongXieli")investedandestablishedaSino-foreignjointventureenterprise,ShenzhenXieliAutomobileEnterpriseCo.,Ltd.(hereinafterreferredas
"ShenzhenXieli").InMarch2020,ShenzhenXieliwasderegisteredfromitsindustrialandcommercialregistrationbythe
ShenzhenAdministrationforMarketRegulation.InJuly2020,theCompanyfiledanadministrativeactionwiththeYantian
DistrictPeople'sCourtofShenzhenCity,GuangdongProvincetorevoketheapprovalofShenzhenAdministrationforMarket
InDecember2022,theYantianDistrictPeople'sCourtofShenzhenCity,GuangdongProvinceretriedthefirst-instance
judgmentandrevokedtheadministrativeactofapprovingthederegistrationofShenzhenXieli.InJanuary2023,thethirdpartyof
theoriginaltrialHongKongXieliappealedtotheShenzhenIntermediatePeople'sCourtofGuangdongProvince.Later,because
HongKongXielifailedtoprepaythecaseacceptancefeeontime,theShenzhenIntermediatePeoplesCourtofGuangdong
Provinceissuedanadministrativeruling,rulingthatHongKongXielishouldwithdrawtheappeal,andtheretrialjudgmentoffirst
instancetookeffectonMarch22,2023.Atpresent,ShenzhenXielihasresumeditsexistenceintheindustrialandcommercial
