Reference is made to the announcement of CITIC Limited dated 29 August 2025, with respect to (a) the payment of interim dividend of RMB0.2 per share (equivalent to HK$0.2192600 per share at the exchange rate of RMB1.0:HK$1.09630) for the year ending 31 December 2025 (“2025 Interim Dividend”), which will be payable in cash to each shareholder in HK Dollars and (b) the option given to the shareholders to elect to receive all (but not part) of their dividend in Renminbi (“RMB”), such dividend will be paid to you at RMB0.2 per share. 茲提述中國中信股份有限公司於2025年8月29日刊發的公告，內容有關(a)派付截至2025年12月31日止年度的中期股息（「2025年度中期股息」）每股人民幣0.2元（按照人民幣1.0元兌幣1.09630元之匯率相當於每股幣0.2192600元）， 該等股息將以幣現金派發予各位股東及(b)給予股東以人民幣（「人民幣」）收取全部（惟非部分）股息的選擇權，有關股息將按每股人民幣0.2元向 閣下派付。 2. If you wish your election to be applicable for the 2025 Interim Dividend, you must complete this election form and make sure that it is received by the Company’s Share Registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, not later than 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, 23 October 2025 (“Closing Time”). If no election form is received by the Company’s Share Registrar by the Closing Time, you will receive your 2025 Interim Dividend in HONG KONG DOLLARS. The Closing Time will be adjusted, as the case may be, in accordance with (a) or (b) below if a Typhoon Warning Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted, a Black Rainstorm Warning is in force in Hong Kong or “extreme conditions” resulting from a typhoon or a rain storm are announced by the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China: (a) at any local time before 12:00 noon on Thursday, 23 October 2025. In such a case, the Closing Time will be extended to 5:00 p.m. on the same business day; or (b) at any local time between 12:00 noon and 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, 23 October 2025.
